technical management

Two years ago, I was sitting with my head buried in program codes.
Last year, I was tormented by project plan, process control, task assignment, personnel encouragement.
Now, I can quickly do technical decision, organize members quite easily, and settle down with some technical details or my research interests. This is only valid in my familiar domain, of course.
No tricks, but skills which are from long-term experience.
